Replication Workshop at WU

Mar 21, 2026

Today, Western University, Stung Meanchey Campus has organized a one-day Erasmus+ project replication workshop under the theme Shaping Tomorrow’s Universities: Leadership, Vision, and Global Communication. The workshop aimed to transfer and contextualize key insights gained from the CHAIn (Cambodian Higher Education Advancing in Internationalization) project to institutional stakeholders.

The session was designed using structured working templates, allowing participants to reflect on and apply Erasmus+ experiences in a practical and results-oriented way. These templates guided participants in identifying gaps, setting priorities, and proposing actionable strategies aligned with their institutional roles.

The workshop focused specifically on three core areas: strengthening leadership capacity in higher education, developing a clear and forward-looking institutional vision, and enhancing global communication to support international engagement. Through guided activities, participants explored how effective leadership and strategic vision can drive institutional growth, while strong communication practices can position universities more competitively in the global academic landscape.

Overall, the workshop provided a focused platform for replicating Erasmus+ project outcomes, supporting Western University’s commitment to shaping a more globally connected, strategically driven, and future-ready higher education environment.
